2024 10X16 Cape Style Storage Shed with Dormer

This 10x16 shed is located at our Berlin CT location. The10' wide Cape comes standard with 8" overhangs, an 8/12 roof pitch, a single entry door, as well as a set of double doors. Like all of our models you are able to choose door and window location, as well as your color scheme. We added a black textured metal roof to this model, transom windows in all of the doors, and a 3' diamond kick plate under the single door.
